Where Are You Going, Little Horse?

A poetic journey through freedom, choice, and imagination

Where Are You Going, Little Horse? is a poetic parable about the search for strength and the longing for freedom. Through a world of encounters and shifting possibilities, the journey returns to timeless questions: What does it mean to be strong? What does it take to be free?

Based on the beloved play by Bulgarian playwright Rada Moskova, this visually rich production draws on Bulgaria’s renowned puppet theatre tradition, blending puppetry, shadow imagery, inventive scenic design, costumes, and music to create a magical theatrical world.

The production is currently in development in collaboration with State Puppet Theatre – Targovishte (Bulgaria), with a premiere set for March 27, 2026, followed by performances at The Tank in New York City.
